Care experienced young people often face significant educational challenges due to the disruptions caused by their experiences in care.

We aim to provide "Success Clubs" an after-school provision, supplying educational support for care experience young people, raise their educational achievements and attainment, whilst providing well-being and peer group participation in activities. Success Club/Clwb Llwyddiant will initially build on peer support groups we already run in the target areas. Voices From Care Cymru would like to connect with professionals and stakeholders who engage with care experienced young people and help raise their expectations and opportunities.
